Srini has expertise in designing and delivering solutions that enable clients to achieve their goals and objectives with clearly designed user-centric CRM solutions. Srini has vast knowledge in Salesforce ecosystem and other cloud offerings, providing platform expertise, industry knowledge and strategic advice to arrive at successful outcomes. Srini is skilled in analyzing and evaluating the current CRM functional and technical requirements, business processes, and translating business requirements into well-designed architecture led solutions and re-defining legacy processes. As a program manager, Srini has managed several end-to-end enterprise and integrated projects for CRM Technology team, working closely with business, executives, and tech partners across different lines of business on various projects ranging from digital marketing, customer service, channel capabilities, user experience, data integration, analytics, and production support.
