Ali Diaz is an experienced professional in client success and customer experience management, currently serving in a Client Success role at Zenlist since October 2023. Prior experience includes a position as Client Success Manager at MPI from April 2023 to October 2023 and multiple roles at Bright Cellars from April 2019 to October 2022, culminating in the position of Member Experience Enablement Manager. At Bright Cellars, Ali developed training processes, implemented SaaS solutions, managed international customer service representatives, and designed quality assurance procedures. Previous experience includes leading banquet departments at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino and BEST WESTERN PREMIER Waterfront Hotel, with early career roles ranging from Banquet Server to Lifeguard.
