Cristina Akagi

QA Lead at Zenklub

Cristina Akagi has a strong background in quality assurance (QA) leadership and software testing. Cristina currently holds the position of QA Lead at Zenklub, a role they began in 2022. Prior to this, Cristina worked as a QA Lead at Vitat from 2021 to 2022, where they spread the QA culture and managed the QA strategy. Cristina also served as a QA Chapter Lead at Vitat from 2021 to 2021. Before that, Cristina was a QA Chapter Lead at Stilingue from 2019 to 2021, where they focused on cultivating an inspiring environment and strategic planning for the quality area. Cristina has also gained experience as a Software QA Engineer Specialist at Youse Seguros from 2018 to 2019, where they worked on manual and automation tests for various functionalities. Cristina Akagi began their education journey in 2006 when they enrolled at USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul. Cristina pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and completed their studies in 2011.

In 2013, Cristina decided to further their education and enrolled at Escola Politécnica da USP to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management and Quality Engineering. Cristina successfully completed their degree in 2016.

After completing their MBA, Cristina continued their education at IPT - Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas do Estado de São Paulo in 2017. Cristina is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Cristina has obtained several certifications. In 2010, they earned the Certified Tester, Foundation Level (CTFL) from BSTQB - Brazilian Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2015, they obtained the Certified Tester, Advanced Level (CTAL-TM) from the same institution. Finally, in 2016, Cristina attained the Certified Tester, Foundation Level - Agile Tester (CTFL-AT) certification from BSTQB.

Overall, Cristina Akagi has a strong educational background in both computer science and engineering, accompanied by valuable certifications in software testing.
