Manikanta Nimma has been working in the recruitment industry since 2017. Manikanta started their career as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Parsetek Inc., where they were responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process. Manikanta conducted internet searches using sourcing tools such as Head Hunting, References, and Job Portals. In 2020, they joined Zenith Services Inc. as a Lead Technical Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for leading, mentoring, and helping develop the recruiting team in recruitment strategies, best practices, mechanics, relationship building and candidate/client management. Manikanta also assigned daily requirements to the team and submitted qualified profiles to the client/vendor based on requirement. Additionally, they evaluated applicant's work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate, and personal qualifications against open requirements.
