Benjamin Atkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and business leadership. As CEO and Co-Founder of Zenith IOS since December 2021, Benjamin leads a $1 billion joint venture focused on Industrial Outdoor Storage. In addition, Benjamin founded Abingdon Square Partners in 2011, a boutique real estate investment firm specializing in opportunistic investments across various asset classes in New York, Florida, and Texas. Benjamin also serves as an adjunct professor of Real Estate Development at both Columbia Business School and NYU Stern School of Business. With prior experience as a partner at The Atkins & Breskin Company and leadership roles at Vornado Realty Trust and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, Benjamin holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in political science from Columbia College (SC).
