Mallory Korpics Willeke currently serves as a Senior Specialist in Global Events at Zendesk since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Product Development and Program Manager & Solution Architect at SNP Communications from June 2021 to November 2024. Additionally, Mallory held the position of Operations Manager at Tennessee Neurofeedback from October 2017 to December 2020, and worked as a Research Assistant at Belmont University from May 2017 to May 2018. Earlier, a role as Lead Client Coordinator at Fruition Salon was undertaken from August 2016 to August 2017. Mallory earned a B.S. in Communication Studies, Sociology, and Business Administration from Belmont University.
