Ashni Shah serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Zen Educate since February 2023. Previously, Ashni was the Chair of the Local Governing Body at Southgate School and worked as an Investment Director at Impetus - Backing the Best, focusing on education charities and social enterprises. Ashni's experience also includes serving as Associate Director at Social Finance, where strategic and financial projects were driven, and roles at GSK, including Regional Commercial Category Manager and Lead of the Women's Leadership Initiative for Asia Pacific. Ashni holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from UCL.
