Piotr Horzelski is an experienced professional in financial crime management, currently serving as Head of FinCrime Services at ZEN.COM since July 2022, overseeing teams in retail and business onboarding, commercial underwriting, and transaction monitoring. Before this role, Piotr held various positions at Revolut from January 2018 to July 2022, including FinCrime Mid Team Leader and FinCrime Service Operations Lead, focusing on business onboarding and managing several FinCrime teams. Prior to Revolut, Piotr worked at HSBC as a KYC Junior Analyst and held multiple roles in earlier positions, including at Carphone Warehouse and Free Delikatesy Ekologiczne. Piotr holds a Magister degree in International Relations from Jagiellonian University.
