Pam Klein is an experienced executive with a strong background in client operations, product management, and business strategy within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Client Operations for the Insights & Empowerment BU at Zelis, Pam has successfully led the Network Analytics SaaS business and driven growth through organizational restructuring and product lifecycle management. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Business Operations at Zelis, as well as SVP of Business Operations and Chief of Staff at Beacon Health Options. Pam holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Harvard University, and has also contributed to major firms such as Bain & Company and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
