James Lai is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Tech Lead at ZEIL since November 2022. Previously, James held the position of Vice President in Quantitative Research at J.P. Morgan from July 2018 to July 2021. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer and Senior Business Analyst in Equity Derivatives Technology at HSBC from February 2012 to June 2018, Associate in Equity Derivatives Technology at Goldman Sachs from May 2010 to December 2011, and Associate in Prime Brokerage Risk/Margin Technology at Morgan Stanley from February 2007 to April 2010. James received education from Imperial College London and UNSW.
