Poornima Kemparaju has extensive experience in the field of test automation and quality assurance. Poornima started their career in 2005 as a Software Developer at Latchiya Software Systems Private Ltd. In 2006, they joined C-DOT Alcatel Lucent Reasearch Center as a Senior Engineer, where they worked on LTE and WIMAX technologies. Poornima contributed to the development of test specifications and implemented functional APIs in C and C++. From 2010 to 2013, Poornima worked as a Senior Test Engineer at Etherstack, where they were responsible for writing functional specifications and test cases. Poornima also developed an automated test and reporting system using Python scripts.

In 2010, Poornima also worked as an Automation Test Engineer at BSkyB, where they automated manual test scripts using Python. Poornima implemented functionalities like recording and EPG navigation and used MySQL for database querying.

From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Test Consultant (Contract through Aricent) at Vodafone, where they performed testing on M2M devices and web applications. Poornima also worked on various services such as LTE, CS, PS, SMSC, GGSN, SGSN, and HLR.

In 2015, Poornima joined Sceneric as a Senior QA Analyst, where they automated functional tests using Selenium webdriver and Python. Poornima also automated data integration tests using Hybris Groovy support and REST APIs using Postman.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Automation Test Engineer at VIAVI Solutions, where they developed test strategies, plans, and cases. Poornima automated tests using Python and Pytest and maintained the test suite using version control systems like Mercurial and Git. Poornima also gained experience in setting up and managing Jenkins.

Poornima's most recent role is as a Senior Test Automation Engineer at Zeetta Networks, where they are involved in developing test strategies, plans, and cases. Poornima automates test scripts using Python and frameworks such as the robot framework and Newman framework. Additionally, they have implemented a CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins.
