Andrew Fraser has extensive experience in customer engagement and global partnerships, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Customer Engagement & Support at Zebra Technologies since October 2014. Previously, Andrew held various leadership positions in global partnerships and alliances. Prior to Zebra, Andrew worked at Motorola Solutions as Global Alliance Manager, and at IBM, where roles included IT Services Sales Account Manager and Senior IT Delivery/Service Management Professional. Andrew’s career began at Fujitsu in the UK and Ireland as an IT Service Consultant, followed by a position as Account Manager and Director at Sozo Ltd. Andrew holds a BSc. (Hons) Degree in Information Technology from The University of Salford, earned between 1994 and 1997.
