Ali Sargeant is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and development. Currently serving as Head of HR & Talent at ZEAL Creative Limited since September 2023, Sargeant previously held leadership roles at MRM//McCann, The Kite Factory, Quadrangle Research Group Ltd, and Mercedes-Benz in the UK. Notable accomplishments include building HR capabilities at Quadrangle, managing comprehensive staff development programs at Mercedes-Benz, and consulting on various learning and development projects. Sargeant holds a BA in German & History from the University of Stirling.
