Ratna Deo Dwivedi has been working in the technology sector since 2004. Ratna Deo began their career as a Software Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent in 2004, followed by a Software Developer role at Yahoo! in 2006. In 2009, they moved to Redbus as a Software Consultant, and then to MindTree as a tech lead in 2010. That same year, they joined Dachis Group as a Senior Developer. In 2013, they returned to Numerify as a Consultant, and then was promoted to Senior Principal Engineer in 2014. Most recently, Ratna Deo Dwivedi was appointed as the Head of Technology at Zdaly in 2021.

Ratna Deo Dwivedi received a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad between 2000 and 2004.
