Ashley O'Dell, MSML, currently serves as an IT Operations Analyst at Zayo Group, where responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert for the Salesforce Tier 1 Admin team and analyzing IT service management tools. Previously, Ashley held roles such as Salesforce Administrator Team Lead and Salesforce Administrator, providing leadership and support for Salesforce needs. Prior experience includes a Mathematics Teacher position at IDEA Public Schools, where a 17% increase in state test scores was achieved, and a series of contracted management roles focused on workflow improvements and operational oversight. Ashley received a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on IT Management from Western Governors University, following a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies.
