Sridhar (SAM) S has extensive experience in the IT and training sectors, currently serving as an IT Training Coordinator at ZaranTech LLC since September 2013, where responsibilities include candidate interaction and program explanation. Previous experience includes a role as a Support Specialist for Enterprise Services at Wipro Infotech from August to December 2011, focusing on service desk support and hardware dispatch coordination. Prior to that, Sridhar worked at Nuance Transcription Services India Private Limited from November 2005 to July 2011 as a Work Floor Manager, overseeing trouble ticket management and resolution. Sridhar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Science from M. Kumawaswamy College of Engineering, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
