Maureen Lindsay has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership, currently serving as a Resource Department Team Member at Zappos Family of Companies since August 2013. In this role, Maureen educates and supports the Customer Loyalty Team, resolves escalations, and facilitates training for new team members. Previously, as a Customer Service Manager and Event Coordinator at Cream Wine Company, Maureen oversaw daily operations, managed events, and maintained supplier relations. Additional experience includes roles in customer service and marketing support, as well as managing fitness programs at Winfield Park District. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Park and Tourism Administration from Western Illinois University.
