Richard Mark Fischer has been working in the customer service industry since 2011. Richard Mark began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Alpine Access, followed by a Help Desk Specialist at Party City in the same year. In 2013, they joined Realogy as a Senior Customer Service Representative, a role they held for six years. In 2019, they moved to ZapLabs as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, and currently holds the role of Associate, Application Support at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. since 2020.
Richard Mark Fischer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1983. In 2008, they attended Westwood College - Denver North, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Richard Mark then attended Westwood College-Online Campus, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Network Engineering in 2010. That same year, they obtained a Diploma of Education from Anthem Institute-Parsippany and a Technical Diploma from The Anthem Institute (formerly Chubb). In 2011, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Networking & Security from The Anthem Institute (formerly Chubb). Additionally, they obtained an A+ certification from CompTIA in December 2011 and is currently working towards a CompTIA Network+ certification.
