Giang H. is an accomplished business operations leader with extensive experience in technology advisory and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Zapier since January 2022, Giang has previously held significant roles at Accenture from April 2006 to May 2021, including Senior Manager in Technology Advisory. Notable achievements include establishing a program management office for SAP SuccessFactors global launches, leading multi-million dollar consulting initiatives, and developing data governance strategies.
