Previously, Elke held key positions at Epikurean Hotels & Lifestyle as Director of Sales - Europe, and at Six Senses Resorts & Spas, overseeing sales and marketing activities in the Maldives. Experience includes roles in business development and sales at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and JA Resorts & Hotels, along with fine dining service roles at prestigious establishments such as The Gleneagles Hotel and Bürgenstock Hotels & Resort Lake Lucerne. Elke's educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Sunderland and a diploma in Management from RDI UK.
