Kamal Basha Shaik is an experienced technical lead and business analyst with a strong background in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at ValueLabs and ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since October 2021, Kamal has extensive experience in leadership and analytical roles. Prior to these positions, Kamal worked at Expleo Group as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Team Lead from March 2013 to April 2023. Additionally, Kamal held the roles of Channels Lead and Business Analyst at Emirates NBD from June 2016 to September 2021, as well as Senior Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from May 2008 to February 2013.
