Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, practice as a nutritionist in a private consulting setting, and teaching university-level courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and food history.
