Eleonora Serracca is a Continuous Improvement Manager at Zambon since January 2015, where responsibilities include supervising and coaching direct reports, conducting performance reviews, and managing plant teams to eliminate waste and reduce operational costs. Prior to this role, Eleonora served as the Continuous Improvement Manager’s Assistant, supporting performance analysis and assisting in process improvement efforts. Eleonora began their career as a Research Intern at Comitato Elettrotecnico Italiano from February 2013 to May 2014, contributing to a project assessing the impact of electric cars in Italy. Eleonora holds a Laurea magistrale LM in Ingegneria Gestionale from LIUC - Università Cattaneo, obtained in 2015, and completed undergraduate studies at the same institution from 2010 to 2013.
