Bao Nguyen Le Chi is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience at ZaloPay since September 2018, currently serving as a Senior Analytics Engineer and previously as a Senior Data Analyst. Key responsibilities have included analyzing user behavior to develop risk strategies, conducting post-mortem analyses to enhance user and campaign quality, and ensuring the collection of high-quality data. Additionally, Bao has expertise in building dashboards for monitoring anomalies and has demonstrated proficiency in ETL processes. Previously, Bao held the role of Associate Machine Learning Engineer, focusing on detecting undesirable user behaviors and providing analytical insights for growth initiatives.
