Steffi Urbanczyk has a robust background in executive assistance and office management, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the COO, CFO, and in Convenience Management at Zalando since November 2017, Steffi has previously held significant roles at the Anschutz Entertainment Group as Personal Assistant to the VP Legal Germany & General Counsel and in various capacities at Zalando SE. Steffi's earlier experience includes positions at BEITEN BURKHARDT, AIDA Cruises, BAC Berlin Atlantic Capital AG, FIDESSA PLC, and Britannia Hotels Ltd. Steffi holds a degree in Hotel Management from SRH Hotelfachschule Pirna gGmbh, obtained from 2002 to 2005.
