Paula Kaapke is an accomplished professional in merchandise and business planning with extensive experience in the retail sector. Since April 2014, Paula has served at THE KADEWE GROUP GmbH, advancing from Retail Manager Concessions to Business Planning Manager and currently holding the position of Head of Merchandise Planning. Prior to this, Paula worked at Karstadt from October 2010 to March 2014, where roles included Concession Operations Manager Fashion and Project Manager Category Management. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics with a focus on Category Management and Retail Marketing from Universität Duisburg-Essen, earned between 2007 and 2010.
