Çağatay Melan currently serves as the Team Lead for Network Planning - Projects & Analytics at Zalando, starting in April 2023. Previously, Çağatay held several roles at BSH Home Appliances Group from October 2016 to March 2023, including Corporate Strategy Manager, where responsibilities included leading strategic KPI performance reviews for the Global Board of Management and establishing a data engine for strategic analyses. In earlier positions, Çağatay contributed to business development and corporate strategy across various companies, such as Jon Midmer Associates and Mandli Communications. Çağatay holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial & System Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Virginia Community College.
