Toshika Ojha has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. They started their career journey as a Technical Support Analyst at Shree R.S. engineering solutions in December 2017 and worked there until September 2018. In 2020, Toshika volunteered as a Technical Trainer at NSDevil Nepal R&D and Chinju National University of Education in South Korea, and also served as a Technical Volunteer at Kathmandu University (KU) and Chinju National University of Education. In 2021, Toshika interned as a Data Engineer at Fusemachines Nepal. They then joined Zakipoint Health as an Associate Software Engineer in March 2022 and concurrently worked as a Data Engineer Trainee until the present. Additionally, Toshika has held positions as a FEEL Fellow at My Emotions Matter from March to July 2022, a Data Fellow at Code for Nepal since June 2022, and a Data Fellow at Smart Cheli since September 2022.

Toshika Ojha completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Himalaya College of Engineering from 2013 to 2017. Toshika then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Kathmandu University (KU) from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Data Literacy Fundamentals Track from DataCamp in August 2022, Machine Learning from Coursera in March 2021, Mathematics for Machine Learning: Linear Algebra from Coursera in February 2021, Mathematics for Machine Learning: Multivariate Calculus from Coursera in February 2021, Python for Everybody Specialization from Coursera in February 2021, Mindshift: Break Through Obstacles to Learning and Discover Your Hidden Potential from Coursera in December 2020, Being a researcher (in Information Science and Technology) from Coursera in September 2020, a 40-hour workshop on Machine learning and Data Science from KIST College & SS in August 2020, How to Write and Publish a Scientific Paper (Project-Centered Course) from Coursera in August 2020, and Start Here (20-hour workshop on applying Emotional Intelligence) from My Emotions Matter in November 2018.
