Abdul Subhan Misbah is an accomplished legal professional and public affairs director with extensive experience in various roles since 2014. Currently serving as the Director of Public Affairs at Zakat Foundation of America and as Executive Director of Shining Star Educational Organization of Afghanistan, Misbah has also held positions such as Afghan Attorney and US legal consultant at Misbah Maher Legal Consultancy Services, Deputy at Lawyers Union of Afghanistan, and Arbitrator at Afghanistan Center for Commercial Disputes Resolution. Additional roles include Chairman of the Agency Coordinating Body for Afghan Relief and Development, Legal Advisor for both the Independent Election Commission of Afghanistan and the National Olympic Committee of Afghanistan, and a board member of the Central Asia Institute. Misbah's educational background includes a BA in Law from Kabul University and ongoing Master's studies in Criminal Law at Islamic Azad University.
