Eric Williams started their work experience at OneCall in 2008 as a Web Content Manager until 2015. In 2015, they joined Zak Designs as an eCommerce Systems Administrator, and they are currently still working in that role.

From 2002 to 2005, Eric Williams attended the University of Phoenix, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Technology.
