Christine Thompson, PCC ORSCC CEC, is an experienced organisational coach currently working at Zaizi since February 2022, where responsibilities include supporting individual professional growth, facilitating positive conflict resolution, and enhancing team alignment and performance. Prior to this role, Christine served as Principal Agile Lead at Zaizi, driving effective Agile practices across teams. Experience includes a Senior Scrum Master position at Adzooma, where a focus on team building and Agile principles was essential, as well as leadership roles at PDI Software as Agile Practice Lead, and Alfresco as Agile Coach, where mentorship and community support were emphasized. Additional work history includes positions at Cisco Systems and NDS Ltd, where skills in software development and project management were honed. Christine holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry with Molecular Biology from the University of Leeds.
