Mutaz Khalayleh is a consumer sales consultant at Zain Jordan since November 2015, where responsibilities include contacting prospective customers, conducting sales presentations, maintaining sales records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication. Mutaz has also undertaken roles such as Airport VIP Accounts Manager, managing VIP customer accounts at Queen Alia International Airport, and has experience as a call center agent during the quarantine period. Additionally, Mutaz participated in various training and internship programs, including a role at the Jordan Youth Innovation Forum and AIESEC in Turkey, focusing on youth mobility and education on sustainable development goals. Mutaz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Financial Sciences from The Hashemite University, completed in 2017.
