Mohammed Othman is a seasoned Learning and Development Manager at Zain Jordan, with a tenure beginning in June 2015, where responsibilities include defining and implementing L&D strategies, driving innovation programs, and developing leadership and executive education initiatives. Mohammed's earlier experience at Arab Bank PLC included roles in service excellence and elite banking, contributing to customer loyalty initiatives and managing financial services for high-net-worth clients. Mohammed holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Jami'at Philadelphia Al-Khassa and a Master's degree in Digital Transformation from IE Business School.
