Hussein Alsaei possesses extensive experience in IT service delivery and database administration, having worked at Zain Jordan since February 2005 in various leadership roles, including Head of IT Service Delivery Unit and Head of Core and Technology Infrastructure Unit. Prior to this, Hussein worked as a Database Administrator at ITG Company from July 2003 to February 2005, managing and optimizing both Oracle and SQL Server databases. Hussein's educational background includes studies at Mutah University, complemented by training at Palco Training Center and STS Training Center.
