Baraa' Al Toubal has over a decade of experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a VIP Account Manager at Zain Jordan since August 2010, with previous roles as a team member in the VIP account management, consumer sales consultant, and team leader in Zain Al Shabab. Prior to this, Baraa' worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Canadian International Touristic Restaurants from January 2009 to February 2010. Baraa' holds a Bachelor's degree in Water and Environment Management from Al Jami'at Al-Hashimiyyah, earned between 2008 and 2012.
