Marie-Louise Huth has a diverse work experience across various industries. Marie-Louise started their career as an apprentice at Nordland Systems Gmbh, where they gained experience as an office administrator. Marie-Louise then went on to complete an internship in HR management at Dichtungstechnik G. Bruss GmbH & Co. KG.

Afterwards, Marie-Louise worked as a working student at DAD Deutscher Auto Dienst GmbH, where they focused on document management. Marie-Louise then moved on to TFH Lifestyle GmbH THE FJORD HOUSE, where they continued their student work as a working student.

In 2017, Marie-Louise joined Kienbaum und Partner GmbH as a research assistant, before transitioning to Russell Reynolds Associates in 2018. At Russell Reynolds Associates, they worked as an executive search and assessment professional.

Currently, Marie-Louise is the Recruiting & Employer Branding Manager at zahneins, a position they started in November 2020.
