Natalia Torrea, PhD, is an R&D and Innovation Consultant at ZABALA Innovation since November 2021, specializing in consultancy services for research and development as well as innovation, while also managing European projects. Previously, Natalia served as a Research Assistant at Cima Universidad de Navarra, contributing to epigenetics and functional genomics research, and worked at Idifarma Desarrollo Farmacéutico, S.L. in various roles focused on analytical method validation and client management. Academic credentials include a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology from The University of Edinburgh, alongside a Master's in Health Science Research from Universidad Pública de Navarra and a Bachelor's in Biochemistry from the University of Navarra, complemented by research experience at prestigious institutions such as the Wellcome Trust Centre for Cell Biology and the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research.
