Arlene Galvez serves as the Customer Insights Lead at Z Energy NZ since February 2023, bringing extensive experience in research and customer insights from previous roles at Auckland Transport and Skills Consulting Group. Prior to these positions, Arlene held significant leadership roles in research at Bright Research Consulting Philippines, Jollibee Foods Corporation, and the Philippine Survey and Research Center. Arlene's career began at Nielsen as a Research Manager, and further roles include Research Manager at SC Johnson and Associate Research Director at the PSRC. Arlene holds a degree from the University of the Philippines, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
