Nancy also served as President at Lomax, Loving & Lee, LLC, Vice President at Burson-Marsteller, and Program Director at both Police Executive Research Forum and the U.S. Conference of Mayors. Nancy earned a degree in Public Policy from The Wharton School in 1973.
