Ryan Kooklan is an accomplished business owner and former Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in both the restaurant and electronics industries. Currently leading Yuzu Japanese Sushi Bar since November 2022, Ryan Kooklan focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences and high-quality sushi and sake cocktails in Orange County. Prior to this venture, Ryan Kooklan spent over a decade at Vanguard Electronics, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations, developing pricing systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading research and development efforts to create new products. Ryan Kooklan holds educational credentials from UC Irvine and Saddleback College.
