Mehmet Cıhan KILIC has worked as a Mechanical Engineer at various companies. Mehmet Cıhan started their career at Çiltuğ Isı Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., where they worked from July 2018 to August 2018. Mehmet Cıhan then joined Yılteks Enerji Isı Makina İmalat San. & Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. in September 2020 and stayed until July 2021. After that, they joined TUV AUSTRIA SILA KALITE as a Mechanical Engineer in September 2021 and worked until June 2022. Currently, they are working as a Mechanical Engineer at Yupana Inc. since November 2022.

Mehmet Cıhan KILIC holds a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, which was obtained from Akhmet Yassawi University in the years 2023-2024. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Firat University from 2016 to 2020. In 2015 and 2016, they also attended Firat University to complete the English Preparatory Program for their Bachelor's degree. In addition to their academic achievements, Mehmet Cıhan KILIC obtained a certification in EN ISO 9712 Visual Test Level II from Focus Kalite Kontrol in September 2021.
