Richard Irving is a Co-Founder of Mischief Lab, a generative AI company focused on sports video and analytics, which has transitioned into a game studio since its inception in September 2019. Currently an Advisor at YumCrunch and former Managing Director of Northshore Consulting Group, LLC, Richard founded the consulting firm to support Disney/Hulu after leaving a Vice President role at Hulu, where responsibilities included subscriber engagement and retention. Prior to Hulu, Richard spent 18 years at Microsoft, primarily as a Partner Group Program Manager for Xbox following a significant tenure in developer tools. Richard's unconventional educational background includes being a high school dropout.
