Eason Hu is an experienced Supply Chain Management (SCM) professional with a strong background in ingredient sourcing and procurement. Currently serving as SCM Manager at Yum! China since June 2014, Eason has managed the sourcing of over 150 ingredients and 100 packages, overseeing an annual purchasing expenditure of $200 million. Prior roles include SSD Supervisor at Dumex and Buyer at Coca-Cola China Beverages Co. Ltd. Eason is proficient in SAP, specifically in the MM module, and has successfully led local projects for master data management. Eason holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, earned in 2008.
