Staci Rawls is an accomplished communications executive with extensive experience in corporate communications and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Global Chief Of Staff & Communications Executive at Yum! Brands since 2021, Staci drives cross-functional collaboration and business strategy in a newly created role. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Communications Officer for KFC US from 2015 to 2021, where responsibilities encompassed internal and external communications, public relations, and corporate social responsibility for over 4,000 locations. Staci's career also includes leadership positions in communications at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, JCPenney, Safeguard Business Systems, Papa John's International, and Pinnacle Education Associates, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in English & Allied Language Arts from Western Kentucky University.
