Katie K. Long, MSHRM, serves as the Associate Manager of Global Learning & Development at Yum! Brands since February 2023, focusing on delivering effective learning programs for global brand above-restaurant employees. With prior experience as Associate Manager for Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Program Manager at Yum! Brands, Katie has developed and implemented initiatives to foster inclusive environments. Between 2015 and 2023, roles at KFC US included Field HR Training & Development Leader, where leadership development programs were delivered, and HR Business Partner, focused on enhancing people capability across corporate-owned restaurants. Additional experience includes positions in client services and administrative roles at York Companies and Yum! Brands, respectively. Katie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisville.
