Karen E. Adams, PHR, serves as the Director of People & Culture at Yum! Brands since February 2019, where involvement in the People and Culture Leadership Team includes acting as HR Business Partner for senior field operations leadership across Franchise and company-owned restaurants in the United States. Additionally, Karen is a Board Member of the KFC Foundation since July 2019. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Leader at KFC US, where support to field operations and Franchisees was provided from February 2010 to February 2019, and HR leadership roles at Yum! Brands and AT&T, encompassing various managerial responsibilities and strategic HR initiatives from 1994 to 2008.
