Jessica Holleran is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in both international and federal tax services. Currently serving as Vice President of Tax at Yum! Brands since July 2017, Jessica has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director of Tax and Director of Global Tax Planning. Prior to this, Jessica was a Senior Tax Manager at Convergys, where responsibilities included international tax planning and compliance. Previous experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers included significant roles in international tax services, focusing on cross-border transactions and tax efficiency strategies. Jessica's career also includes roles at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, as well as a foundation in financial analysis at Sterling Software. Jessica holds a JD and LLM in Law with a focus on Taxation from Capital University Law School and a BA in Accounting from DeVry.
