Marie Porter is a seasoned professional in the fields of quality assurance and career planning, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Coordinator for WIOA Title I Youth and Young Adult Career Services at YSS since July 2024. Previous experience includes roles as a Career Planner at Children & Families of Iowa, where support was provided to youth ages 14 to 24 in employment skills and career planning. Additional positions held include Behavioral Health Intervention Services Provider, Program Director at NAMI, Member Services Representative at Businessolver, and a variety of HR roles at Solar Transport, Liberty Bank, and Pella Regional Health Center. Marie Porter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources Management from Graceland University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration - Sales and Marketing from AIB College of Business.
