Shelley Sams is an experienced staff administrator with a background in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll administration. Shelley has worked at various companies such as YSK Chillicothe, Ohio Heating and Refrigeration, and PPG Industries. Shelley also has experience as a bookkeeper at Sams Produce and Sams Racing, and interned at the Chillicothe City Treasurer's Office.
