Constanze Beckfeld is an experienced professional in the field of People and Culture, currently serving as Manager at YPOG since July 2022, after previously holding the position of Junior Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles at AXA from September 2019 to February 2022 as a Stipendiatin and Praktikantin in People Experience and Talent Acquisition Partner, as well as a position at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf as Kauffrau für Büromanagement from September 2014 to July 2016. Academically, Constanze Beckfeld holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Hochschule Fresenius, completed in 2022, along with two Bachelor of Science degrees—one from Hochschule Fresenius in Wirtschaftspsychologie (2019) and another from the University of Technology Sydney (2019).
